Our Mission
First Democratic Front (FDF)
The fundamental objective of the First Democratic Front is to establish the Rule of Law. We aim to strengthen law-enforcement institutions so that they become public-friendly and capable of bringing the actual perpetrators to justice. Restoring the dignity and self-respect of the common citizen, and safeguarding the sanctity of the home and the privacy and honour of families, are among our foremost objectives.
Through its social reform programme, FDF seeks to address social and economic deprivation, provide social protection to the people, and ensure that they receive the status and rights they deserve. Merit must be given preference over hereditary privilege so that, by guiding our sincere and dedicated citizens in the right direction, we can make Pakistan one of the leading nations of the world.
To achieve these objectives, one of our foremost priorities is to drastically reduce election expenses, so that even an ordinary citizen can participate in the electoral process.

Aim
FDF aims at bringing prosperity to the masses by promoting the Rule of Law through institutional reforms and improved governance practices.
Objectives
The core inspiration of FDF is the Social Reform Program that envisages; Social Security, Meritocracy and the Rule of Law (SMR).
1. Social Security
We seek major policy and structural reforms for establishing an effective social security network in Pakistan by leveraging the Islamic injunctions of Zakat and Usher integrated into a unified modern Social Security Program.
The reputed charity and welfare organizations in Pakistan will be allowed a prominent role in framing the policy and its operationalization throughout Pakistan.
The role of Federal and Provincial governments will be confined to policy oversight and support. The Local Bodies will engage with the charity and welfare organizations and ensure the effectiveness of the program.
2. Meritocracy
Pakistani society today is a heterogeneous mix where opportunities are not extended to the underprivileged. As a result, our national potential is not harnessed and the divisions between the social classes breed mistrust and social disharmony.
The merit will be promoted across the board. All prominent students will be identified at the level of primary school and the State will assume responsibility for the upbringing and addressing their financial needs. We will enforce effective measures for ensuring national talent is not allowed to be wasted and our talented children are transformed into respected members of our society. The State will support these talented and brilliant children through their entire student life within Pakistan and even abroad where needed.
Likewise, merit alone will be the criteria for all spheres of life and growth. All our institutions will be insulated from outside and inside. The outside political interference will be eliminated as well as the culture of nepotistic and favoritism from within.
3. Rule of Law
This will be the key consideration, as neither the Social Security nor Merit can be implemented without effective compliance with the law. These days, the general public is left at the mercy of law enforcement agencies (mostly police) and the lower judiciary. Justice is inaccessible and redressal of grievances almost impossible. This situation has led to the rise in crime and a longing mistrust in the institutions of judiciary and the law enforcement agencies.
Policy and structural reforms in the judiciary and police will find high priority with FDF. These will be implemented at the national and local levels to redress public concerns.
4. Electoral System
Electoral Reforms will be undertaken to ensure public mandate is safeguarded through fair, transparent and non-controversial elections.
5. Foreign Policy
To establish and maintain friendly relations with all peace loving relations of the world and strengthen fractured relations with other Muslim states.
6. Salaried Class
Promote Socio-economic and political emancipation of the working classes and ensure just wages for all workers. Redress the grievances of the fixed income groups like salaried employees, pensioners and senior citizens.
7. Defense of Pakistan
Measures will be taken to safe guard Pakistan from external and internal threats. Elimination of all forms of terrorism by addressing its root causes.
